It is probably related to pc specs of the host or yours. I've seen servers with higher than 150 ping.Klei is focusing on optimizing and fixing bugs in the game right now. So this might be less lag for you and your friends in the future. Also, more dedicated servers might be going up soon. I don't know if any are going to be by Saudi Arabia but I do know they're not hosted by Klei. The only solution I will give is hosting your own server. It may not be the best option, but it's a good temporary solution until more dedicated servers go up. You need to play on a more local server, for instance you could host one yourself. So you don't have to worry on anything... just try what the previous comments suggested: The only solution I will give is hosting your own server.
