How to get rid of Pengulls and their winter ice-spawn place. This should work like spider web, kill all spiders - their den disappear. If you don't see problem with them YOU NEVER HAD PENGULLs CAMPING INSIDE YOUR CAMP... If you kill all the spiders, the spider nest is still there until you destroy it, though....
