Issue Title: Bugs with Clockwork Rooks

Issue Description: When playing Don't Starve Together we found 2 problems which seem to be bugs which both happen with the Clockwork Rook (for those who don't know, thats the robot that rams at players).

Firstly, this might not be a bug but it seems like it is. The hitbox of the Clockwork Rook is stupidly large. All of the friends I have played with so far have complained about it. It can be standing a clear distance away from you and still hit you. The hitbox never seemed to be a problem in the singleplayer.

The second bug is quite situational but it's a bug none the less. If a Clockwork Rook is locked onto a player over a small body of water it will keep trying to get the player by running up to the edge of the water. When another player has died and is a ghost, if they move into the way of the Clockwork Rook they can be glitched into the water and cannot get back onto the land. Relogging does not fix this glitch either and the ghost player will still be over the water. Pretty much ruins the game for that person cause they can no longer do anything.

Steps to Reproduce: Make the Clockwork Rook's hitbox more realistic and fix the bug so ghost can never be on the water?

If your friend gets glitched into the water (and you are the host) press ` on keyboard (above TAB) and type in c_move(c_find("your friends character")) , it will teleport him where your mouse is. Where I wrote "your friends character" you obviously have to type in your friend's character, ex "wilson", "willow", "wx78", "wendy" etc.

It's not a bug, clockwork rooks are just very dopey.

What Enbo said.

You might be experiencing desync here. You can try turning off action prediction and seeing if you still have the problems. To turn it off on a game-by-game basis, enter ThePlayer:EnableMovementPrediction(false) on the console.
