The ability to mark the map

A pen would be better, so i can draw on my own map. I don't If its posible to make a pen draw on our map.Use Charcoal + Sapling = Pen be able to mark on Wilson's map.

I was just thinking this same thing because once i get settled in and farming I start to get to know where everything is, but while exploring it gets difficult to remember which wormhole goes where, and where the largest beefalo herd is in the area. Its not too far fetched to think that you could draw on your map as an explorer, and the charcoal + twig = Pencil (or even add rope for a little bit of difficulty)

Backpacks and structures (including signs) show up on the map so you can sort of label interesting locations, but, unfortunately, you cannot label them.

I use a screen capture program (Greenshot) that let's me draw circles/squares/arrows and text, so I capture the map and draw on it myself. Save it to the desktop. Not the best solution, but the best we got.

I think signs should be more easily spottable on the map. They serve no other purpose, after all...
