The purple one makes me all around better, while the green and red ones give me an ability. Attack creatures made of dark fills them with energy. It's how they release it that's where it's different. The green one makes cutting through creatures of darkness a snap, while the red one injects the dark energy into me and makes me incredibly powerful at the cost of my sanity. To activate the charges, I simply press the game. If I want to elongate the sword, I press and push up on the gem."Will demonstrates by pressing down on the green gem, and pushing it up. The dagger's blade springs out into a sword blade."This thing has never let me down."
