I see. But how does the chest fit inside/on the hat? It seems like you're just asking for serious neck pain issues. Also, where do the gnomes come into all of this? Where's the profit?

At first I thought this was the invention of a Coat hanger, to hang your hats. Then I was dissapointed.

Although How about placing the hat into the chest, Then place the chest onto your head.

This might work... you also could place the chest on your head and the hat on top of the chest.

@Skippy How did you thought is this chest hat going to loke like.. I can't imagine.
