XirmiX
/\ title That's pretty much it. I saw that I had withered stuff and when it started raining the Withered stuff didn't get fertilized at all. May be I'm just an idiot and didn't notice it and rain already fertilizes stuff but slowly. Well, I think in that case it should fertilize stuff faster, like near the end of one rain everything gets fertilized.
Tumalu
Well, rain does grow your crops faster when they aren't dead. But, I suppose it makes enough sense that water =/= actual nutrients added to the soil. That'd be too easy of a solution for the issue.
GalloViking
Rains accelerates growing of stuff like crops, grass and saplings. As well as slowing down dehydratation process. No need to change it.Kinda offtopic, but I really think that huge temperatures of summer should speed up dehydratation...
