Benerific Posted April 14, 2014 Share Posted April 14, 2014 I'm far from an expert player but at the end of every autumn the bearger comes, steals my (often large) stash of food for the winter and kills me, either through slashing or slow starvation over winter. I'm fine with it killing me in a fight but stealing ALL my food store seems a bit rough to me, maybe it could be more considerate? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Warden Posted April 14, 2014 Share Posted April 14, 2014 You should just do what I do and lead him into a swamp or go towards the swamp when you hear him coming. The tentacles and merms who's houses he smashes down should be enough to kill him. Plus you get a good amount of fish & frog legs from the merms along with monster meat and tentacle spikes from the tentacles. To prevent him from eating all the food, you can just hit him and lead him into more merm houses and tentacles until they finally kill him.
