As for Webber's appearance and stature, I don't really get why it's off. He's a monster, like Dracula. Heck, even if you remove the whole "dracula" connection with the church organ, it's still a pretty creepy instrument. Makes me think more of a spider crawling along a web, that kind of instrument does.
