Anyway So, these days I'm sticking on Don't Starve I don't know if it is already suggested but I guess it would be a real cool addition if you guys can add Cart and buggy crafting maybe with rabbits for small ski-cart to move around in winter and with beefalo a little bit bigger buggy in which we can carry stuff as well. Parrotoss Posted February 23, 2014 Share Posted February 23, 2014 This does sound cool, but it seems like it would fit more into a mod because part of the challenge of the game is to travel long distances and to plan ahead in order to not get caught in a bad spot. Skis or ice skates with some sort of freezing or damaging penalty would probably make things more possible however. Skis could propel a player around the speed of a walking cane, only it works in winter and there could be a slight chance to fall, causing damage. Ice skates could do the same only it move fast on rocky terrain and slowly freeze the player at a faster rate. A pack-beefalo would be pretty cool though. Thanks "maybe with rabbits for small ski-cart to move around in winter" ....Anyone else having vivid flashbacks to the hobbit? lol I'd love that idea though, probably the most annoying thing is trying to set up a plan B base at a touchstone (Don't want to be caught out respawning in winter half the map away =_=) So a buggy would be great. No need for 2/3 trips or having to ditch your normal set-up. Seems like something that would be good as a mod though. I doubt it'd have enough use or relevancy to be a staple add on in the normal game since normal world settings don't take that long to travel around through, at max 2 days.
