You can find it in the sample mods modinfo.lua

You'd look at the top of scripts/mods.lua. In the 6th line, you'll read:

MOD_API_VERSION = 4

You will get no support here for a pirated copy of the game. If you buy a legitimate copy and have problems with it, we'll be glad to help you, but as long as you're using a pirated version, you'll have to look elsewhere for any sort of help.
