After the increase of thunder in setting world to come in the winter time snow storm, thunder is in numbers. You should not remove the thunder during the winter season?

Does winter stop lightning storms in real life? I think not.

Everything is working as intended actually. If you adjust the lightning slider, lightning will occur outside of the moments it will rain, and also during winter. Same if you would adjust the rain slider to more for example. There will be rain during winter aswell. If you leave lightning on default however, this will not happen

but lightning is incredibly rare during snowstorms in fact almost non-existent,  and there's no actual rain in winter (excluding the start and finish of course)

Actually it does, oh well, doesnt completely stop it, but its much more rare
