"Yeah, run, you wussie! So, I'm Violet."

[Blewcheese]

Joseph groans, and stands.

"The name's Joseph. Cool lightning."

[Ellebelly24]

"Snowfall. Nice to meet you Violet. Is it okay if I call you Vio?"

"Name's Sundrop."

"I am Princess Starling. Greetings Violet."

[Ellebelly24]

"Good to meet you too, Kyle."

[Blewcheese]

"Hi, Klye. Cool jacket."

Joseph goes to tend to Pops.

[Will]

"Sure, why not. Vio's fine. You all seem like a decent enough group of people."

[Blewcheese]

Joseph nods at Violet.

"Thanks for the help with the spider."

[Battal]

While the spider is gone, the group still has a few problems.  The bridge is crumbling, and they still have no idea on how to continue.

(Huh. I WOULD'VE entered the roleplay after the spider was defeated, but I did the EXACT same thing in a different roleplay.)

[Battal]

(What were you going to do?)

[Blewcheese]

Joseph hoists Pops over his shoulder, somewhat struggling.

"How do you suggest we do that?"

[Battal]

The bridge makes an ominous cracking noise, and shifts a bit.  A few stones break off it, bouncing into the river and dissolving.

[Blewcheese]

"Maybe we can climb the wall..."

Joseph attempts to climb after the spider.

[Battal]

While the spider silk is sticky, Joseph finds it is not too difficult to climb.  However, as he gets closer and closer to the ceiling, the darker it gets.

[Blewcheese]

Joseph shouts down to the group.

"Okay guys, we can get up here... It's kind of dark , though."

[Ellebelly24]

"Great."

*Snow grabs some spider silk and hands some to the princess*

"What about me?"

"It would burn in your hands."

*Snow starts up the wall*

[Battal]

The climb goes relatively well, but upon reaching near the ceiling, it becomes too dark to continue.  The spider silk is also beginning to tear off the wall, and the group is very aware of the huge drop beneath them.  If that wasn't bad enough, a large multitude of smaller spiders - black, bloated ones - are now beginning to crawl all over them.  The river rages ominously below as the group tries to figure out a solution.

(Second longest roleplay!  Cool, eh?)

 

While Kyle looks around, the webbing tears further from the wall.  It is literally hanging from a thread now.

[Blewcheese]

(What are you, Canadian? (Sorry Canadian people...) but yeah. By the way, what's wrong with Blue?)

Joseph looks down at the other members of the group , trying withstand the spiders.

"Sundrop? Starling? Any way you can make some light?"

[Battal]

(It's a reference.)

 

The spiders are irritating and uncomfortable, but seem harmless.  What the group is worried about is an ambush from the larger one.  In their current position, they are basically sitting ducks.

[Blewcheese]

(Reference to what?)

Joseph tries to stay calm, and takes deep breaths.

[Battal]

(Look up 'Blue makes my head hurt.')

(Anyways, I have no idea what to say until Elle gets here...)

*A star appears before the group*

"THAT GOOD?"

[Will]

"Is it that time of the month for you?"

Violet rolls her eyes, and looks around for anything solid to grab onto. She spots a ledge that isn't too far, but not quite within jumping distance.

"You guys see that ledge over there? Maybe we can find a way over there."

[Battal]

With the bright light, the group is able to see the ceiling.  The walls are pocketed with tunnels.  Some look too small for a mouse to fit into.  Others look large enough to hold a building.
