Do Beefalo make little Beefalos?

I am living in a Beefalo biome for the poop, and I've killed a few for food since my berry bushes dont do so well any more. I want to know if Beefalo will respawn over time?

I don't think they do at the moment. I'm pretty sure I heard that Beefalo breeding is a planned feature that'll be added sometime in the future, but for the time being you'll probably want to conserve your Beefalo. Just shave them while they're asleep for their fur and kill pigs for the meat, since they drop the same kind of meat and, unlike the Beefalo, they respawn.

ah dang, well thankies. Havent found any pigs yet but my grasslands is right next to a quarry so I havent gone further than that XD. If I tame pigmen do the tamed pigmen turn into werepigs on full moons?

Also, by pigs I meant pigmen, so yeah, if you want that kind of meat (and you'll need it if you want to make effigies) you'll have to kill those pigmen.
