Toggle-able auto pick up option.

Seems like a lot of the time when I harvest a tree, there's at least one item that lands behind the stump or another object, and it makes it a bit of a pain to click on to pick up.

Any chance we could get an auto pick up option that we could toggle on or off? So you could simply walk over an item that you have harvested and it will pick up whatever is on the ground if you have space for it in your inventory.

Welcome! You can turn the camera with the arrow keys to look behind the stump, should make it easier.

I don't think this would be a good idea, because lets say you die with a lot of stuff on you and it all drops on the ground... but you had a meat effigy so you are alive and well, but alas, you do not have any of your gear. If there was auto pickup you could retrieve it easily but i have actually died trying to retrieve my stuff from where i died the last time.
