Peak duplicant behavior

This Chip is stuck in cycle of:
1) refilling empty oxygen tank with 1 kilogram of oxygen
2) failing to eat power bank because oxygen tank empties before eating finishes
3) return to step 1 until loss of charge and another duplicant restarts them, after which return to step 1

That is harsh. I thought getting another dupe to recharge a bionic dupe's batteries is silly tedious enough but this is worse by orders of magnitude.

Zombie spores are brutal for bionic dupes if they don`t have any strength boosters(seems to be part of the issue here). They end up in loops like this as they got negative strenght and can`t pick up anything.
