Do not buy the Klei x GSC Wilson figure merchandise at all costs! There’s only one CDK redemption code. Customer service claimed a single code unlocks the boat, sail and rudder skins, yet after redeeming it, I only received the rudder skin. What’s even more baffling is that the rudder skin has an incorrect name and texture. Klei, you’ve truly let everyone down. I waited an entire year for this merchandise only to get such a shoddy outcome!

Why on earth would they name a rudder a helmet?

this is goodsmile company screwing up not klei. you should get ahold of them and complain. you are the second person who said it read like you should get all three but only got one skin instead.

Same here... I reached out to good smile and I'm waiting for a response. Bummer! Well at least we know, we're probably not the only ones with this issue... hopefully Klei looks into this.

Btw in english, helm does actually refer to the steering mechanism of a ship 😅

This was a licensed product. I don't have the details at the moment but apparently they made an error in the packaging of the codes.

Are they also responsible for the messed-up skin textures in the game? We can’t overlook such careless mistakes made by their staff!

Stop passing the buck and shifting blame! All the in-game skin textures and names are wrong. The manufacturer tells us to contact you, yet you send us back to the manufacturer!

We buyers have waited an entire year, and we ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible! Will problems like this keep happening with future merchandise? How can we dare to keep buying figurines from your official Klei store after this?

Here’s a viable solution: Right now the CDK code only unlocks the rudder skin. Change it to work exactly like the Pink Winter Hat set—redeeming the rudder skin should automatically unlock the matching boat and sail skins too. That’s exactly how the Pink Winter Hat and its corresponding pink sweater skin function!

This issue isn’t limited to just a handful of buyers; practically every purchaser in China has run into the same problem. I’m not sure about players from other regions, but every domestic buyer here is facing this bug!

We are working with them directly to resolve the issue. I don't have more information as to how it will be fixed but we will make sure everything is sorted out. 

I'm not quite sure whats going on with the item in your report. I'll look further into that and follow up here.

Just following up. 

The item name/texture will be fixed in the next hotfix/update.

As far as the codes  GoodSmile will be contacting customers directly with next steps with making sure you get your codes.
