This is probably by design, but I thought I'd mention it before the dust fully settles on the APP. Frosty dupe get frost proof by default. Aqua dupe get swim skill by default. Bio dupe get bio skill/system Base game dupe and non Aqua DLC cant get swimming skill because it isn't enable in base game. Aqua DLC dupe already get swimming skill built in into them. I don't see why this would be a problem. IIRC, rocketry skills and interests are limited to SO, so limiting swimming skills and interests to APP could follow suit. Doesn’t starting with an interest and pre learned skill give +1 morale on start. Probably a niche situation, but someone might want both an interest and pre-learned skill. I find that having a tier 3 pre learned is always better late game if you can manage.
