It would be nice if the Spacializer circuit was moved to gamma. Given its hard to obtain and only increases stack sizes and not really inventory spaces, I don't think it would be too busted. Also would give healthy competition with the other gamma circuits. 

Beta has enough circuits already and Gamma is still quite small!

Beta has enough circuits already and Gamma is still quite small!

The only problem with doing this is that you'd kinda be removing its use with warm standby since without that skill the spatializer circuit slots can't be used on a chassis and are instead locked up like they would be on a WX with those circuits slotted while not having charge to have them active.

honestly fair but I can see Klei making it so warm standby also keeps gamma circuits active as well.

So now you need 4 shadow exploiterators to deal 5% less damage than before, they need to be constantly scanning the target and if there too fast they stop scanning and now they also explode after awhile of use and they don’t do it in an area so it’s worse for aoe damage with the spin circuits. This awful the old version was fine they made it so much worse especially compared to lunar affinity.

man the debuff drones are very weak, they stop scaning too fast without attacking, if you try to kite a mob, the drones stop the scan, the damage nerf i would undertand if it was only pre rift but pos be the same number or higher and the fact that if they scan for too much time they break is something that should not happen, denpending on the boss the drones will break before we can kill it, if the drones were nothing more than a resking of the previous effect it would be incredible, but right now it need some changes

I get that going from a 400 HP body to a 100 HP body and essentially getting 4x the health from food was strong... but this ruins my favorite use-case for teleportation to remote chassis.  I'd like to be out adventuring, then warp to the body I keep at base so I could eat and such to restore my stats.  I can still warp to base, send food via Drew, warp back, and send Drew back after eating the food, but...  for all those extra steps, I feel like I'd rather just carry all my food on me at that point.  I can eat spoiling stuff, so it doesn't matter if it starts going bad in my inventory.  Plus, it seems like it will be awkward now to remember and manage the stats on different bodies.  Any chance we can get it to where over-eating sends excess health, sanity, and hunger to other bodies?  Maybe as a perk?  Or a perk to make all the bodies share stats like they have been?  Maybe a way to see their stats without having to enter the bodies?

I was really enjoying the shadow alignment because managing multiple bodies for Lunar wasn't my thing... but it seems like managing multiple bodies is just a core part of Wx now.  I'll probably just take the teleportation off my skill tree and change bodies seasonally or for boss fights.  Haven't tried out the changes to the Shadow alignment yet.

I have to agree, 100%. While I don't really enjoy minion characters myself, I recognize why people might like lunar affinity. As someone who prefers to use spare chassis as different circuit 'builds' and fast travel, shadow affinity was a no brainer. I really thought a lot of the reason we were getting a rework of shadow affinity was to do with how powerful the minions are. But now its been nerfed to only 20%, and only AFTER fuel weaver? This changes nearly no break points in damage. Not to mention the clunk and inconvenience of it coming from a scanning drone. I think they totally got the balance backwards on this, since lunar affinity is getting buff after buff.

I really liked this change, honestly. It just makes sense, especially when it comes to health pools. Being able to switch to a body in a pinch that has a full sanity and health pool is a fun part of the fantasy for myself, and could even have applications in boss fights. And again, it really just makes sense. Sanity is the only one I could possibly see maybe not getting transferred from body to body.

well i think shadow atrium in the posessed state shoud make you able to at least have 2 robots(Auto-Grabber drone) making it being the ultimate "form" of WX  because all the others were imperfect, or another new item, and maybie a little buff to the damage of hearts? to being more on par with the last vex state

and maybie making you being able to still recharge, when the nigthmare fuel/ pure horror is in effect, because the effect duration is minimal( too fast, and i waited 2 minutes and didnt recieve a normal charge after the end of effect)

yea, the way it is now was how i thought it gonna work, and now in my opinion the chassis are almost perfect, we are changing bodies so of course our hunger and health would change

love to see so many changes! brush some shadow balance and it will great! (didn't test it yet)

i wonder is chassis still block a lot of space on boat. we should be able to walk through them like we can walk through fridge, chests, lightning rods.

After some testing, it feels like the shadow branch skill isn’t worth even a single point. It comes off as a bit of a noob trap—kind of like ocean fishing in DST. There’s a lot of setup involved, and it often seems like it takes more time than it actually saves.

I don't like that the shadow drones basically act like the lunar clones, where they do the same thing you do but only when you do it.

Easy fix would make them act on their own with minimal input from the player, example: the damage drones would stick to their target until it's either dead/new target or wx is too far away and for the Gary drones, maybe make them like pick everything that the player has in inventory or maybe right-clicking on them could make them pick a specific item like Abigails haunting.

And for the possessed atrium heart could also duplicate the drones, instead of making 4 wx with the heart can only make 2 but each time it spawns 2
