Each character could have their own unique Pearl quest

This would add a bit more replayability to the Pearl's quests, as each character would experience them slightly differently.

For example:

Wilson would have to place a beard hair rug for her
Willow would have to build her a fire pit
Wolfgang would have to flex in front of her in his mighty form
Wendy would have to build a sisturn 
Wx would need to have a chorusbox circuit installed
Wickerbottom would have to give her the angler's survival guide
Woodie would have to give her all three types of his idols
Wes would have to give her 10 balloons in various shapes 
Maxwell would have to dance for her with his shadow duelists 
Wigfrid would have to give her one of her helms
Webber would have to whistle in his webby whistle a few times
Winona would have to build her one of her spotlights
Warly would have to offer her fresh fruit crepes
Wortox would have to drop a few souls in front of her
Wormwood would have to plant a few crops
Wurt would have to give her a clever disguise
Walter would have to let her pet Woby
Wanda would have to give her one of her ageless watches

I don't think the quests should be tied to player specific items for it will make it a bit too oddly specific and would require a bit too much work making a quest for every character. However I do agree that Pearl should have quotes/emotes depending on who the character is/does or gives her. 

Despite potentially being in the Constant longer for us she has almost nothing to say. She is the first interactable NPC with dialogue and a relationship questline but has nothing to comment on ourselves or the world around us. This is the most disappointing thing about Pearl and the fact that she literally has the most amount of dialogue on how to fix her island means she just feels like a lunar questline roadblock then a part of engaging gameplay, which kind of adds to the tedium of the lunar questline.

I would love if Pearl would comment on specific players (depending on friendship):

• trying to cheer up Wendy if she is gloomy,
• talking with Wicker about books she's read and discussing the angulars guide if a bookcase was placed on the island.
• Being frustrated with Webber if he brought spiders on the isle
• Showing any kind of fear or shock if woodie transforms, or offering him a snack when he turns back.

That would be hard for the developers for like no return for the player. All of this you said the player could do super fast.

I think she needs more comment depending on the character tho, as you said.

Also would be fire tho if wes had to do more super hard new quests for her.

Yeah jake thats the point, they are very easy tasks because the point is that they are exclusive to one character, for a man who wants to eat grandfmas panties you surely have a hard time accepting whimsy. (this post is very clearly meant to be satirical please dont light this forum on fire)

I feel like it should be something in character for her to want from that character

like for example, having Webber remove spiders in the area in his way or since she’s a Grammy type character having him use a den decorating set and maybe some pyrus or something else to draw her a picture or pictures

eeeeeh, some of those are a bit harder than others. a firepit is super easy, eating 100 sanity for balloons are a bit less so, butter+farm fruit even less so and golly a watch that requires another watch that requires tools to make :/ none of it is super hard but there is a bit of an issue with variance in difficulty to acquire each thing

I like the idea, I don't think Warly's quest suggestion is even remotely fair though. Crepes require butter and therefore will be locked behind rng (and can't be achieved in winter). He could instead just give her any of his crockpot exclusive dishes. Or if you really want to lock it to one dish, make it moqueca then - would be fitting to the animated short although still harder to acquire since it would require farming and sea exploration. At least onions and tomatoes are easier to come by than butter. 

But yeah balancing the other tasks a bit would be good too. Dancing with the shadow puppets requires nothing from Maxwell - how about "give her two live rabbits" instead? As if he pulled them out of the hat. "Let pet Woby" also is not a proper task, doesn't require any preparation or exploration. How about "build her a portable tent" and let her take a nap in it once instead? Dropping souls as Wortox also seems a bit too easy but how about playing a panflute for her instead? A slightly harder task that requires a bit of exploration but also fitting to the character. Wigfrid giving her a helmet also seems a bit too easy, but how about "performing a song in front of Pearl?" a bit tricky since it requires her to first craft the song and then gain inspiration for it, but is surely manageable. Willow's quest could be to give her a spare Bernie - building the campfire seems a bit too easy compared to some other tasks that require prototyping or exploration. Wolfgang: how about "exercise in front of her in his gym" instead of just flexing which is again too easy and doesn't require prototyping or exploration? Bonus point if gym is loaded with her ocean junk haha (can it be? I don't play Wolfgang). 

I like the idea of giving quests slightly more meaning than just a Pearl task. They could be a way to give players an additional incentive to do their character specific progress (say, Wortox will already benefit from having a panflute on him so this is an additional incentive to find or craft one). Wigfrid will need her songs eventually. Warly is going to be doing farming anyway likely.

Honestly, yeah, you're dead-on here. Moqueca makes way more sense for this, it's what he made for his grandmother in the short and Pearl's a grandmother, but also, we know Pearl loves eating fish. Warly will typically have farm crop access, too, particularly onions and tomatoes since tomatoes are easy to get and onions are part of the garlic + pepper + onions giant combo that lets him mass-produce his spices.
