Please add a meat base crockpot dish base on the night berry

I know klei forget things a lot of time, so im here to remind them that theres two character in the game that have never try the drug  night berries before because is a raw fruit , theres no reason why they cant use power of these berries so klei please just add a new dish for them

If a dish with nightberries is added, nightberry will generally get a buff on every character. Because this will allow to keep a nightberry dish in polar bearger bin.
But you're right, it's a bit of a bummer that Warly and Wigfrid can't use the nightberry effect. 
So such a dish could actually be added.

Not only adding this berry as an ingredient, but also adding more food options, more varieties of seeds, more plants, and expanding the recipe book.

I find it interesting that for Wanda there's a mindset that he has to take all the downsides, but with Wigfrid the mindset is exactly the opposite. It's almost comical that Klei allows Wigfrid to consume Mushy Cake and the devs create a whole way to circumvent that.

I believe the devs will find a way to benefit Wigfrid, after all she's the second most chosen character in the community.

To me, it's very likely that Klei will create a new recipe for Warly with night berry, but without meat. However, this recipe will receive the same treatment as the Mushy Cake. This way, the devs please the players of Warly, Wurt, and Wigfrid. Pleasing Wigfrid players is good for Klei's finances.

while i try not to speculate further ahead than a week with videogames(speculation tends to just make people unhappy since their personal vision of the future almost never lines up with the practical day-today of videogame execution) i do quite like the idea of more dishes for wurt even if i am not sure a warly-exclusive is ideal for it(crepe& chaud-froid i'm looking at you). she is actually a pretty popular character for people who do long-term worlds and group megabasing so options that are not restrictive to other characters work in my book

Don't Starve players are so used to characters not having downsides that when characters get even one single minor downside they think Klei accidentally forgot to remove the downside from the character.

The players are perfectly aware that there was a downside, but they don't accept it and create "solutions" to overcome the downsides. That's all I perceive.

I think a good solution to this would be to allow the Eye Mask to give the vision when fed the berries. One of the use cases for them is to travel through the caves with armor so Ickers don't instantly kill you so it will provide another option while still being restricted enough to be a downside.

Oddly, Klei seems to remember with Wanda and Wormwood. (The latter even gets to enjoy catching fire when shocked now.)

It seems like they've diverged into wanting certain survivors to be challenge characters, while others are just easy mode. The powers aren't balanced by tradeoffs anymore.

This doesnt feel like a actual downside consider night berry is a pretty late game item that requires the player to fish treasure chest , people barely use night berry even as other character, also in hamlet they specifically made a meat base dish for wig to combat the spring seasonal effect

this rant makes no sense as wurt doesnt miss out on any interesting effect even if she cant eat leafy meat based products

her downside is being a vegan , meat base crockpot item have longer shelf life and is easier to get then veggies ( requires farm )

Woodie moose form is design to be a strong base form but unable to improve on with better gear , thats his whole design idea....

adding the meat base night berry dish does not violate any wig design . 

anyways the reason why i made this post is mainly because night berry is consider as a rather late game item that gives character a unique buff, so it feels sad that when you work hard for a late game item turns out to be unusable on your character

Форма Вуди-Лося задумана как прочная базовая форма, но её нельзя улучшить с помощью более качественного снаряжения. В этом и заключается вся идея его дизайна...

 

Добавление мясной основы в блюдо с ночными ягодами не нарушает концепцию парика.

В любом случае, я написал этот пост в основном потому, что «Ночная ягода» считается предметом для поздней игры, который даёт персонажу уникальные усиления. Поэтому грустно, что предмет для поздней игры оказывается бесполезным для вашего персонажа

Ideally, this plant should appear in minimal quantities in the swamps at the very start of the game... The swamps could use this content.
We don't need another useless late-game plant that turns the entire world into a pot...

night berries didn't count as berries last time i tried to use them to make trail mix, i hope this changes, if it's not been changed already

I do think that having half the surprising seeds be completely useless is not great. But there isnt really any reason to make a meat night vision dish. Decisions, decisions…

If it's not a downside because nobody uses the item why do you want to use the item? Doesn't make sense.

I feel like the "heaps of food" mod takes pretty good care of those food options, seeds, and farm crops.

It's great "on demand" filler because you get 4 in 1 harvest (also good for when they're spoiling). Stone Fruit is better for mass production though.

Not all characters need to have everything.

That's what makes each one unique, and downsides make for creative gameplay.
