I wonder if the next update will be in beta sooner or later... two From beyond updates are planned to be by september, so ~6 months. I guess it comes down to if they're going to slot in a skill tree update between them or not.

Ye, i though the next update will come sooner since the members of the team that werent working on the skill trees had time to prepare their projects

Boo to this tho, I'd like to be able to buy it right away, then have the chance to gain one from an ambassador; I don't really like or follow any.

I’ve only been playing this new update for a couple of seconds, (I choose Walter as the first test subject) and when I feel like I have to try to break my analog sticks just to navigate the “Woby Actions” clearly someone somewhere did not take controller comfortability into consideration.

 


Normally I would play as the character I choose until I unlocked their entire skill tree but now… I’m just gonna go see how bad they messed up Wendy too.

Damn the re-introduction of some of the oldest promo items is actually nice. Don't have to scout for bizzarly overpriced crabby backpack code on the internet anymore.
Can you guys also do the same for Oxygen not Included? It has quite a bit of promo blueprints that are no longer available.

I hate Wendy’s changes… you have to now scroll to the flower that’s in your inventory, and press left on the D-pad to “Whisper” which pulls up a Menu of her functions.

On this functions list is Rile & Soothe, and it now takes a significantly longer time to scroll to and access this particular function. I’m literally playing the game with Abigail in Riled Mode 24/7 because what was once fast and simple- Now requires me to make sure I have time to Stand completely still and navigate the Command Menu.

This is stupid….

Can we get a more in-depth change list? I understand not laying out skill trees in big detail, but there should really be a little more explanation of these Beefalo and ranged hit-stun changes. There used to be a fairly comprehensive change list with each major update, but the past two didn't really get them.

yeah i've been itching for a patch note as well, i love reading. @V2C can you comment on this please?

We have skins that are no longer available because they are proof of purchase rewards on official merch that are no longer for sale. We want to make these available to players but do not want to disrupt the inherent value that they have by their rarity and cost to acquire. Wait, does that mean crabbit plushies are confirmed gone forever? What about mandrake plushies?

Can you make it so when you hold space bar you will knab items instead of picking them up when holding knabsack it is really annoying trying to knab and then accidentally soul hopping and knabsack doesn't even drain durability when it picks up only 1 item so it wouldn't be an issue for durability

I know you did the change for the bugnet part of the knabsack to be able to catch with space because it had similar problem

Yeah i figured out as much but like its the third time wort*x gets a skin i cant take it anymore i just wish wormwood would get something at this point :/

 

I'm happy for Walter and Wendy Miners.BUT as a Wortox miner, I'm disappointed and burned out.Nothing has changed, as there were 6 years of bees (butterflies) so we will continue to beat them.Now you will have to wait another 5-6 years to try to hope for the best (this is not a fact).And the video itself is cool, but I see a mockery of Wortox in it (not fun)

There aren't enough buttoms in a controller... get used to it like you never get used to switch between cane and weapon. Not a trusty feedback

My “problem” is that it was faster and easier to perform basic Abigail functions like “soothe” “rile” and “dismiss” without ALSO tying those commands onto a Command Wheel prior to the new Update.

My Solution is that newer command prompts (which can be unlocked through skill tree investment) should be tied to the command wheel, while basic function should had been left well enough alone.
