Auth Posted January 30, 2025 Share Posted January 30, 2025 Unless you want to disable it permanently, it is impossible without divine intervention to remove a specific follower(s). To my knowledge. On your profile (once you can fully edit your profile) you can disable others from following you. I don't know if this also removes any existing followers, but it's probably worth a shot for you. Worth mentioning that following other users is mostly a dead feature now. It used to give you notifications whenever someone posted a status update, but because that is no longer a thing, following someone or being followed by someone doesn't really do anything. Just keeps their profile picture on your profile until the heat death of the universe or until you disable the follower block. If someone is following you, they won't be seeing any special shout-outs or posts from you that they wouldn't see from just clicking on your profile the old fashioned way. I could also be completely wrong.
