New room types: Hatchery, Workshop and Machine shop.

I was just looking at my room overlay and was slightly annoyed at a couple of grey areas. And another 5% bonus would not hurt either.

 

Hatchery is selfexplanatory: bonus for incubators. I'd like to have some sort of limiting factor besides "minimum 2 egg incubators", but I can't really think of anything. Minimum 8?

 

The Workshop room is also relativily selfexplanatory: bonus for nonpassive refinement and crafting stations. The rock crusher, the loom, the exoforge, the molecular forge, soldering station, etc. Room size 64-120, requires light, smart storages and autosweepers.

 

The machine shop I picture as the biodupes "latrine", gunk removal and gear oil, but requires the apotecary building. Gives morale rather than speed boost ofc.

 

Lastly, I also really want a "water treatment plant", specifically for the water cleansing buildings. I don't need any bonuses from it, but using less sand(no reduction in polluted dirt) and producing more salt would not either. It should require two of a kind of the building (full pipe throughput), and maybe its own control station if bonuses apply.
