Bionic dupe morale

How are you guys handling morale for bionics? Their skill tree is much smaller than a regular dupe, but my expectations is to be able to fill it out entirely, which is still about the same morale as I need for an mid game regular dupe.

With that in mind, I'm really struggling to get them decent early game morale. I can't really do any of my early game gotos (plumbed bathroom, great hall, barbecue). Plus the 3 cycle schedule doesn't play well with bonuses that are balanced around a 1 cycle schedule. They get the latrine bonus when they use the gunk remover, but that only lasts for one cycle (i.e. 1/3rd of their schedule).

Some time ago I had an idea to make a "leppers" run. Two colonies: main one with regular stuff, and second - isolated, with dupes infected with zombie spores (Sporechids in whole base) living just to sleep and boost main colony via somnium synthetizer. Now imagine this run on DLC with main colony only bionics and all "real dupes" condemned to live in Zion and sniff spores...
