Intrepidpioneer Posted November 25, 2024 Share Posted November 25, 2024 I always wanted to make use of the nautopilot because having a second storage boat follow me around to keep treasure chests on was ideal. Just one nautopilot was not fast enough when using the malba sail, so i thought it was a lost cause, then I decided to test two nautopilots at once. The results are pleasing. The only downside to this is the initial startup speed is too fast, so it will destroy the boats constantly without protection. I thought I'd make this post for prosperity in case another person who likes sailing would like more information on the subject. I hope sometimes we get more ocean or another island or island map mode update so sailing could be bigger part of gameplay. Also, I didn't know you can place wobot on a boat?? Maybe it's because i have mine so packed... Do you deploy him by clicking or does he activate automatically if he's on the floor I wonder... Wobot doesn’t need to be deployed. Just drop. Winbots need to be deployed. Just drop. ohh man this is definitely a game changer. Since i have infinity chests on the boat he can pick up the spare rocks that often gather from crashing into rocks as well as charcoal cleanup. As you notice it's lagging behind you, turn it on. As it catches up, turn it off. After some practice with this, it became more comfortable and im much happier with the experience. Bananas are a must if you're a sailor to pay them off without any fighting or getting robbed., so there should be no need to panic if you are accosted out at sea, but as one of the netizons just shared, if you put maybe canonballs or houndius shootus on the follower boat it should give you a fighting chance. Make sure you slow the boat down as soon as you hear the hur HAR sound to avoid any accidents with the follower boat's speed.
