1.Abi is delicate facing the new bosses, the pedal armor increases the Vulnerabaition ofAbi.

2.no increases for the effects of Elixirs.  Time increasing don't meet the needs of  battles.

As a wendy main, I hate how some of you just complain without really explaining and give a good criticism. What y'all want? Abigail become so op and do all the combat? Wendy can talk to a ghost? Have a ghost army? What do y'all want?

Cohesion between her “Kit” and some fun out of combat perks that are useful in other non-boss fight related areas of gameplay..?

Here are a few examples:

The new skill tree will be adding a perk for Wendy to turn Dark flowers and purify those into normal flowers.

That sounds so highly pointless, that I’m legit concerned Klei doesn’t care to make playing her more interesting because they quote “see her as strong as is”

I feel the need to remind them that Wolfgang was also already strong as he was, but that did not stop them from giving him fun out of combat perks like rowing boats faster, pulling up anchors and masts faster or having a chance to instantly mine while doing labor.

Heres the problem with “Purifying” of all things Dark Petals-

One of Wendy’s new Gravestone items in the skill tree will passively produce them, that’s actually GREAT because Dark Petals are otherwise rare resources, However…

To get normal flowers, was as simple as taking a Bug net and capturing Butterflies then planting them back into the ground and as a #WendyMain… It’s no secret that Wendy of all characters had no trouble mass farming silk to create Bug Nets.

I guess Klei’s intent behind this perk is to allow Wendy to passively collect both dark flowers and convert them to normal ones? 

But it strips some of the core gameplay loop you would’ve otherwise had to pick up and learn whilst maining Wendy- Aka how to Mass farm silk for bug nets, and beekeeper hats so you could set up butterfly and bee farms to obtain normal flower automation.

It would’ve actually made MORE Sense (& be more useful) for Wendy to had been able to transform normal flowers into dark ones by commanding Abby to haunt them or something.

My next issue with the Wendy Skill Tree is the “Escape” perk, unless they’ve removed or reworked the Dismiss prompt- Having this skill makes absolutely no sense because Dismiss does exactly what this waste of an insight point is meant to do.

It would’ve been way more useful if escape was actually changed to something like “Ambush” Abby disappears into the ground to sneak up and surprise attack mobs that otherwise would’ve ran or flew away from her.

Lastly: WHY can Wendy craft extra Abigail flowers at all??? Where does this play into her Core Gameplay loop at any point of the game????

In the Original DS I can understand needing extra Abigail flowers because each flower had its own “charge” on when Abby could be summoned from it. And the flower fell to the ground at whatever location Abigail died at which wouldn’t always be safe for Wendy to attempt to retrieve and thus crafting a new flower would be more viable In DST however….ever since her rework the flower now never leaves your inventory at all except in a few strange niche situations such as when a frog lacks you dropping it out your inventory.

Crafting Additional Abigail Flowers now has no gameplay purposes beyond maybe PVP where players can steal them away from you. I was hoping her skill tree would had given crafting them at all an extra purpose..

Such as: Bringing back the Cooldown per Flower.

What I Want: The one character who permanently has a ghost following her around at all times to be able to perform all the interactions that a dead human controlled players ghost can do without needing an actual human player to be dead.

This would mean, Adding a “Haunt”command to Abigail, amongst other things..

Just in general: Things that make Wendy useful and fun outside of AoE crowd control.

What do we want? Are we designers? We have to know what we want in order to criticize whether the skill tree you give us is reasonable. Like, do we have to be a chef to criticize your food?

They should add shrek to the game without permission as a publicity stunt.
