mue2080
I've watched this video and found out that this method is usefull to cheese dragonfly. But it was also annoying when beefalo enters mating season. They keep escaping out of wall after making babies and attacks dragonfly which make this method inperfect.... Is there any creatures to replace beefalo? I tried no-eyed deer but it died after several hunt of dragonfly because of its continuous heat damage of raged form. Lovens
I saw people use moleworms for this but it's a wonky strategy. They seem to be immune to heat damage. But they need to be dropped during the day, so they stay on the surface and sleep instead of making a burrow. They also need to be "homeless" moleworms, without their burrows when you drop them. And it won't work after dusk. I saw @DVGMediado it during his Wanda stream, maybe he can share more details on it (or similar methods). Radicaljoe
Back in my day we could block dfly with birdcages or boulders placed closely. Since the way that they set up the farm with the beefalos I always thought that the enraged form of dragonfly would instantly break creatures out of being frozen since it does fire damage. But I guess it does not since its not an actual unsafe heat source. Its just a fire damage source. Which would mean moles would work better on this setup since you are freezing them and that would cause them to stay on the surface but you need to keep them constantly frozen @mue2080 Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/160505-what-creature-can-block-dragonflys-movement/#findComment-1756882 Share on other sites
GetNerfedOn
A bit of time back (2020-2021 id say) I saw Misuto stream and use a fire farm setup which involved blocking bee queen with penned gobblers. While i didn't see the process pf making the farm you can try them and see if they still block bosses Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/160505-what-creature-can-block-dragonflys-movement/#findComment-1756901 Share on other sites
