Winter’s Feast Mod Challenge

Hey everyone, the holidays are fast approaching, and to celebrate the season we wanted to propose a Don’t Starve Together mod challenge to the community on the Klei Entertainment Discord server. That's right, a Winter’s Feast Mod Challenge!

Alone or with a group of friends, work on a mod that follows the theme of any winter holiday or Don’t Starve’s Winter’s Feast. Submission period for this event will be `November 15th` to `December 13th`, after that will be a one week voting period for the community to cast their votes for their favorite mod submissions! So get started on your mods right away if you’d like to participate!

Rules:

Failure to follow the rules will disqualify the submission

- Participants must have their Klei and Discord accounts linked, a tutorial on how to do this can be found here: https://support.klei.com/hc/en-us/articles/14796540669076-How-to-link-your-Discord-account-to-your-Klei-Account

- Your mod must follow our Modding Guidelines, Steam's User Generated Content and Steam Online Conduct Guidelines.

- Your mod must be for Don't Starve Together, uploaded to the Steam Workshop, and related to any winter holiday or the Winter’s Feast event in Don't Starve Together

- You may work on your mod alone or together with a group of people (maximum of 5 members).

  - You may work on multiple mods, but will only receive one reward.

- Don’t put coal in our stockings! You must “try” to make an interesting mod. Try to put some thought into it!

  - Mods that have already been published and mods that copy other mods that already exist in the Steam Workshop will not be accepted.

- All mod content must be PG and follow our Community Guidelines.

- As with any community event, rules are subject to change.

Rewards:

- The users who participated in the event and worked on submitted and approved mods will receive 2000 in-game spools.

- The top 5 submissions will receive the complete Winter’s Feast bundle.

- All participants will also be receiving Kleibot profile medals!

  - First place will receive the Yellow medal

  - Second will place the Blue medal

  - Third place will receive the Red medal

  - All five of the top mods will receive the Heart medal

  - All teams will receive the Ribbon medal!

- Rewards will be granted upon verification of submitted mods at the end of the event. Have fun!
