Fishgirl Posted September 16, 2024 Share Posted September 16, 2024 warbis is cool. i enjoy. the body slot is pretty cool!! armor AND speed? hooray the helmet though. this thing is postrift, yet only boosting physical damage. dont like that. im not toooo sure how it can be balanced to not be just a direct upgrade to ecrown thoughhhh. -my first thought is perhaps faster attack speed, but i feel like that could break some things i dont know (faster attacking wanda...... dear lard...) -maybe just adding planar to your attacks when fully scanned???? -hell, just make it a lunar version of dreadstone, make scrappy drop both blueprints and some new item that replaces the crown shard please dont make the buff wx exclusive id love to hear yall's thoughts on any way to buff warbis though! i really like the concept of this armor set but it kinda just. stinks. ive heard that it was kinda intended for console players but this thing is locked behind a final boss, is that truly helping console players. i dont think this sent the first time but if it did whoops Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/159773-well-a-rather-beautifully-intelligent-system/ Share on other sites More sharing options...

I hope it’ll get some love in the future.. its too cool to just be forgotten/ignored. i use the warbis body armor with the enlightened crown in the ultra late game because i like the look and the movement speed in 1v1 fights is nice ofcourse but i feel like it makes little difference at the point in the game where it becomes available. If im at the point where im killing CC a second time then ive pretty much done every single other fight in the game already. Its also less userfriendly than the other planar sets considering you will still need to carry around probably a BS sword and BS repair kits in addition to warbis repair kits. The helmet only boosting physical damage while being post rift is also odd. ——— i also think it should be rebalanced somehow to be the lunar counterpart of dreadstone armor. or make it actually worth the ultra late game luxury status it currently has. arubaro Posted September 16, 2024 Share Posted September 16, 2024 Also makes no sense that it gives you 20% damage... wasnt all the planar mechanics added to nerf high damage characters and how they get crazy numbers by stacking damage buffs (instead of changing the formula...)? Then why releasing a helmet that is bad on low damage characters but good with combat ones? Warbis was added before they updated equipment to directly swap without moving inventory slots which has made it a wee bit easy to weapon swap from cane to weapon during a fight... its still not very good tho and it's better to just use items like thulecite club (or warbis armour) to fight bosses like lvl 3 shadow rook. Elden spear having a speed boost was made with console players in mind tho.
