Don't Starve CRASHING on Windows. AMD. (title change so it might help future people)

It's been 3 weeks since my game crashes while I try to open it.

I open the game, the game opens but with a black screen for like 5 seconds and then shuts down.

I tried

• Reinstalling the game.
• Reinstalling Steam.
• Opening the game as administrator.
• Opening Steam as administrator.
• Updating my drivers.
• Updating windows.
• Steam Compatibility mode.
• Opening the game in other steam accounts.
• Removing every mod and Workshop addition.
• Clearing my steam cache.
• Changing monitors AND resolution setting on both.
• Downloading the game on a different disc.

I need help. I don't know what to do anymore. It's been 3 weeks. Can I have some support?

The only thing that works is playing on another computer.

EDIT: I fixed it by changing AMD Software settings when opening dst to NOT change the game.

Also, regular DS does not work. It has the same issue.

Nice? You haven't even written what operating system or hardware you are using. Try providing information what operating system and hardware you are using.

Nah I fixed it, it was a hardware compatibility problem with amd. It was forcing the game to load with weird settings.

So yeah. FIXED

basically my pc was booting with settings that was affecting the game.
