winnona Efficency Crafting.

IM a bit sad that none of the skill tree perks go into winonas speed crafting. I would have loved to be able too see her speed added onto other tasks like Chopping mining and fighting. IM not exactly sure why skill trees have to focus combat.  I kind of don't want winona to become a willow type of skill tree.  Where the skill tree defines the character now instead of what the character originally was.

Right!! Like that was the one thing that was really specific to her and not her machines. But, it's not too late hopefully!

I think if they wanted to, some of the catapult skills (specifically the ones that increase firing rate) should either be removed or combined into the other catapult skills, and instead add new skills towards this mechanic, maybe on the first shelf. It's like untapped potential just seeing it be untouched.

I agree wholeheartedly with both above posts, with the caveat that I fear she might tread of Wolfgang's shoes if she gains the ability to chop and mine faster.

A high-level talent that gives her a small chance to not spend, say, 25% of resources while crafting could be cool. Right now her perks rely entirely on her structures, not her as an individual. While I completely understand why that is, surely a skill or three that add some away-from-contraptions benefits would make Winona more fun during downtime where there's no combat to be had.

They'd have to be pretty careful about balancing it, but it would be cool to see her have some crafting efficiency effect similar to the construction amulet.

A chance based system seems about the only way to do that without it being potentially broken.

Yeah the way i usually see the skill trees done  Is that they boost what the character currently does. and they Add in a new playstyle. for people to try out.  currently right now winona doesn't really have that seperate playstyle.  They instead added that in with the remote. to where the alternate playstyle is focus fire with catapults or don't focus fire with catapults.
Where winona should have some separation with the character herself and her gadgets.
And the work faster is not going to tread on wolfgang. Because its a global character speed up. Everything still takes the same amount of chops and mines to do.  Its just winona can now chop mine harvest and attack faster than normal players. While she is boosted by her hunger.

Can also maybe in addition to working faster reduce the hunger level winona gets brain fog and slows down to a lower threshold all in like 3 perk slots. .
