Charlie will call off her Shadow Creatures for Woodie but not for her own sister?

Doesn't make a lot of sense if you ask me.

Seems like... Charlie has some lovey-dovey feelings for our Canadian lumberjack.

 

Lucy's got competition.

 

Edit: Making Charlie call of her shadows for like 30 seconds or 1 minute after Winona gets insane or enters their aggro range would be consistent lore wise... And after 30 seconds the shadows disobey, because they "see her as a threat" or something.

I imagine it's a balance thing but it could be explained as Charlie mixing his wereform with her magic in order to trick the shadows into thinking he shed his skin like they did.

Winona doesn't even need to interact with sanity creatures when she's got her catapults doing the work, I don't see why just having the perk of having them passive towards her in general would do any bad. Would be canon and would make sort of sense.
