PlayStation Outage has been fixed.

Hey everybody. 

We have figured out the network issue that was caused by yesterdays update. An upgrade for PSN services in the update caused an issue with players being unable to do anything network related. 

We're very sorry for this inconvenience. In appreciation for your patience while we worked to correct this issue will be issuing 5,000 spool to every PSN account that logged in to play since the game since yesterday's update up until the time that the issue was corrected.

Once issued, you can verify your spool was received on your account here: https://accounts.klei.com/account/transactions
Please allow 24 hours for us to process all accounts.

We have investigated more after the reports above. 

Games that went up before the fix need to be restarted in order for them to become accessible again. 

We were able to join games that we have confirmed have been restarted since then. 

As far as we are aware any issue reported right now would be caused by playing on servers that need to be restarted. If you are unable to join games that you have confirmed have been started since after my post above, then please file a bug report with the server name and we can try to investigate further. 

Well yesterday couldn't connect to anything including dedicated klei servers... today 'Klei Dedicated Servers' started working, but still cant join all hosted servers by players... can't even see the ping in the list for servers hosted by players. I'm using PS4 PRO console

I also didn't receive any spools and problem is still ongoing

On PS5 we had the error “unable to connect to klei servers” and we couldn’t do anything

The bug is still here, its been almost 3 weeks with no word regarding this.
