Thulecite in crater?

I’m finding a lot of these gaps in the ruins, im not sure how you get it, but i was wandering if i could moon rock idol at celestial portal and switch to wortox and get it. If so, i think it’s worth the gem for free thulecite before killing the rhino thing. (I forgor the name of it)

You can do it that way, but there are other ways as well, one of them you'll find in the ruins themselves. You can always come back for those later.

Besides the one metioned abovve, you can also swap to Maxwell and your workers will pick for you.

Simpliest way is to craft lazy forager, also wigfrids with her dash can get it

So what im hearing is that its not impossible to get
