Let's say the mad power it used to have been sapped away as illegal magic by Charlie. It's nonsensical, too powerful to have a hold of and does only 1k damage so there's less than no point to having in current DST.

BUT - it could still be kept for farm plants to be made happy. Let's say it's like beefalo horn, but better of having burst talk to all plants and only accessed by killing Glommer. Blueprint? Not needed - unless sacrifice something to glommer statue.

Second use? Full follower contract. Kinda like one man band but everyone loves you fully till it runs out. It would be good to have more army control instruments in general.
