Yalp
Nuclear waste melted in the highlighted tile. With nowhere to go the liquid nuclear waste tried to occupy the highlighted tile and deleted its mass, it is now vacuum. A reload should fix the tile temporarily, but the n waste will delete it again. Maybe have the Rail loop only go through the tiles directly below the AT and the AT-room itself. JRup
This takes me back... I believe this to be normal behavior. Specifically: when a material changes to a gaseous state on conveyor rails and can't exit the tile it's on then the tile gets "flagged" to -273.2°C the first time it happens. Then the tile gets destroyed on the second event. Spoiler for the trip down memory lane: Spoiler The state changes can include from solid to liquid now that I've had more than enough time to ponder upon that curiosity. The most important part is that the material from the conveyor line is trapped when disaster strikes.
