Circle radius indicators.

I think every single one should have a unique 'look; cause rn they just look... bad and out of place, especially the ones for maxwell's/willow's spells and wx's scanner, to throw a few ideas out there:
-Maxwell's circle indicators should look like pulsating/flowing nightmare fuel
-WIllow's indicators should look like flames
-Jimmy's scanner radius indicator should look like a laser/light being cast onto the ground.

Nah that's basically cheating. I dont think they'll add that, and if they did the game would feel like a kids game imo.

I mean, if they go the simple way with a static image fading away, one drawing each one, it would already be 10 times better. Deploying Jimmy is so ugly to look at.

Oh they've been killing me, they're so out of place!!

Hell, I wouldn't mind just a new unique update to the generic one, it's so out of place with how like... non-stylized it is. Uuggh.
I wanted to make my own post but I never had the time to do anything fun that I liked, all I got was this.

In before Klei sees this as a profitable way of making Indicator and Hud skins.

And before you say that’s never been a thing in any game ever.. let me introduce you to gears of war 5.

Gears was a great game sure, but did it really NEED custom hud icons, spot indicators, and splatter art?

Nah.. and I personally never bought any of them.

We already have mostly useless profile icons and background portraits and the still unusable emoticons..

So truly do not put THIS past Klei.. they “could” take the idea seriously. :lol:

No god, i hate when games show the areas of atacks...ugly and makes fighting easier

I only accept them when they are well implemented and are necessary because the game combat is chaotic when is based in spamming spells from multiple enemies but combat in dst is really simple

Solo combat in DST is very simple but that simplicity introduces chaos.  A rook only has 4 views, yet can dash in 360 degrees.  When you're alone it always aims at YOU so its very easy to predict but if there are multiple people there it can be very difficult to determine who its actually aiming at and how you should move to dodge letting the rooks deliver some very unfair hits.

Yes it is, nothing takes me out of a game more than some ugly indicators that don't even try to fit in...

Not needed, unless you're hugging a rook or AG you have ample time to react, even then walking in a straight line does the job well enough.

I've been thinking about these circles for quite a while now but only now made a post, glad to see I'm not a weird one out.
