Rylanor Posted January 7, 2024 Share Posted January 7, 2024 Hello there, in short, I'm interested at how much data Don't Starve Together uses when playing solo on the world I host. There is no problem with playing in Offline worlds, but I do enjoy getting new skins and not having drawbacks of those worlds. Currently, there is limited amount of data I can spend on a ship, so if anyone had recorded how much DST uses in 1 hour, I would be grateful to know. It's not too bad when solo on a laptop, better to have a decent desktop then you're generally pretty solid. Unless you got a base or setups with extremely high amounts of assets like me, then it may need that extra memory usage to keep things loaded and keep server functional. A 1 minute Youtube video takes more data than DST would over the course of a month. (Source: Dude just trust me, reliable I know) If you are doubly concerned use the Don't Starve Alone Mod.
