nowherz Posted January 1, 2024 Share Posted January 1, 2024 I like the idea of Wormwood being able to shave actually. He already literally cuts himself at the cost of HP to get living logs. He could maybe have the ability to shave at the cost of -1 step of growth and/or a smaller HP cost to get twigs and petals or something like that. Maybe dark petals if he shaved while being insane.. kelp if wet.. I don't know much about the balance of the game regarding those resources, maybe there are some more interesting things he could get for this cost, but I think there are some nice ideas to toy with and it could make sense. If you go to the compendium and quotes you get to know that he worked as a sous chef in paris where too bushy a beard is probably an issue, he also probably doesent want any beard hair in his food, hygienic or not. Wait till you learn about fire shaving. Incredibly effective at burning arm and leg hair especially, just makes you smell like burnt hair until you shower it off. Honestly thinking here, Willow probably ACCIDENTALLY does this by lighting fires all the time, the small and inconsequential hairs on her just get burned off, it's not as effective on bigger beards and stuff but small hairs go out pretty fast, which would also explain her supposed bad hygiene.
