[Suggestion] Leader boards

As the title says. In the main menu a leader boards that shows player's names, highest number of days survived, and maybe the character they were using when they died.

Hmm, I dont know, I somehow feel that it does not really go with the vibe of the game.

I don't think that will happen because it's too much like an achievement/trophy. From what I've read about the developers they would probably view a leaderboard as an incentive to play in a certain way, like never taking risks etc. I could be wrong but I don't really like the idea myself either in a game like this.

Well I guess but isn't the point of the game already based on the idea to try and survive as long as possible by any means necessary? Making the data public knowledge is the only thing leader boards would change.

why not post screen shots? and make our own leaderboard?

That is what gave me the idea originally, I wanted to post how far I had made it and see if I could get other people's record as well.
