older version game bricked - steam

Took a break from Oni back in March and was starting to colonize planets etc, The version i was playing on is U45-546664. I had quite a few established mods like more rockets and "true-tiles" - can't live without that one, as well as plenty more.

In order to play the game I had no choice but to update it. I guess I could have tried to force steam into offline mode but I mad ethe mistake and updated it and now the game is bricked. I'm resigned that I cannot play with the newer features like milk and asteroid turrets, is there a way to get the older version running so I can try to finally win the game?

Or post the crashing log, there are several people that might be able to determine what part is broken

Try installing https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2018291283

It will force every mod to update, even if steam does not want you to have the newer version and keeps telling you the months old version is the most up to date one.

I can assure you, true tiles works perfectly with current version.

You can try using steam depot method to force download  older version and keep it as a backup and you can overwrite current version and it will run until next update then you just have to overwrite it again and you're done.
