Support pillar surface - lookout tower upgrade

A large defensive tower for ranged shots and extended vision, might have fun uses or for modders to do something with it if it was possible. Maybe pairing something like Boat cannon it could become a cannon tower.

tbf it could be fun to be like a guard of the base with a cannon tower set up and shoot down people that grief. Or just blow people up like that.
