Photosynthesis Is NOT Impactful Enough As The Final Skill Of The Branch.

Compared to petals in previous version which could

- provide petals for campfire fuel, compost bins, garland, gift wraps, etc

- turn into rot or manure

- feed beefalo

 

The replacement skill can only heal very small amount of health during the day and not in cave.

As the last skill in the branch, it should provide more values and be more impactful in more ways.

Some ideas to consider:

- Photosynthesis may passively cause wormwood to bloom slightly during the day. The bloom progress gets lost during dusk and night. It may pause bloom timer if already bloomed to any extent.

- Photosynthesis may negate hunger effect during the day, because Photosynthesis produces sugar, sugar is food.

- Photosynthesis producing sugar, passively fertilizes one dried plant nearby every 10 seconds.

- Photosynthesis healing effects may boost to x2 in the light radius of dwarf star 

- Photosynthesis healing effects may be halved during dusk, instead of nullified.

- Photosynthesis may work fully under full moon because he's a lunar baby.

I'd say I think the perk should be more/less effective based on the season, but I guess that's already covered by the days length simply being different. I just think that when it says strong sunlight, I'd think that the beaming rays of summer would be strong sunlighter than winter's. Even so, I guess it's a fairly inconsequential perk, mainly good for topping off small amounts of damage.

Without beating around the bush much, I'll outright say I think auto healing as Wormwood of all characters feels tacky.
I like it being sort of weak/passive as is, it's nice to have outside of combat, and it keeps Wormwood on mostly the same during combat at the same time.

I'm not opposed to it having special attributes in specific contexts if it must stay, though!

These could be rather fun. Maybe give the boost to full moon healing, too. It'd FINALLY give the Moonstorms some sort of character dynamic that isn't making Woodies cry.

I also agree.

I generally don't like passive healing for wormwood.

But building on top of your ideas, I think photosynthesis should have stronger out-of-battle passive healing, and zero passive healing during fighting.

(photosynthesis when being with friends, not around enemies or whatever).
