A lot of people claim DST is easier than DS - Why is that, exactly?

Who would win: dirt-cheap armor allowing you to tank anything and everything whilst taking less than 1 damage, or teleport clock so comically worthless its use cases are limited to three relatively sparsely-fought mobs.

what was your point????? wanda's tp in fighting is absolutely useless cause kting exists, it just shows you have no idea what your talking about.

A lot of things in these games are "absolutely useless" by that logic. Spears, umbrellas, entire characters.

I've been playing these games since before Reign of Giants even released, but sure, I don't know anything about them. Whatever helps you sleep at night man.

you still haven't said anything about how armor stacking doesn't make everything substantially easier.

It's never going to beat all of the dirt cheap and easy revival methods, up to and especially rollbacks. If you die in DS your world is GONE.

yes. but also no because everything you said doesn't relate at all. Wanda's backtrek watch is just kiting with extra steps it doesn't do anything except for like 2 boss fights. where do umbrellas and spears come in and how do they relate

except meat effigies and touchstones were still a thing and with lessened health pools for basically everything it's pretty damn hard to actually die. If you can survive in ds you can survive in dst there is not that much setting the games apart difficulty wise.

Long before rollback was a thing, we just used alt+f4. Still works.

DST has Wanda, who can literally teleport away from hits. Armor stacking isn't as strong as you're making it out to be.

Nothing, I repeat, NOTHING in DS requires a sophisticated kiting strategy or battle strategy like many of the bosses do in DST. Not even the ancient herald. DS also has Wheeler, who can essentially dodge attacks the same way Wanda can, and use it for assertive movement rather than defensive movement.
