And the stress levels should be higher if there's no hospital room accessible and no doctor duplicants to treat it

Won't there be a conflict between hospital room and message room in that case? I am all for diseases causing stress btw, it makes so much sense. However, what happens when a duplicant quarantined in a hospital reaches message table threshold? Does the duplicant stay in the hospital, or go to the message table. Or maybe it can be that duplicants quarantined in hospitals won't get additional disease stress.

It depends on the disease, since some are cured via pills. Anyway if there is medicine available then getting cured should have priority over destress but the stress reaction would have priority over both. IMO there should be a special disease that causes stress but easily cured with a pill. So it would be easy to fix as long as you got a dupe that can make medicine.

Isn't that more or less what allergies are?  It's not a disease, per se, but it's a stress-inducing "germ" that's mitigated via medicine.
