Willow should be re-reworked...

I was thinking, whats the point of Willow can be placed ON fire and simply doesn't care about it, but at 70 ° she says "Oh God, I'm dying of heat!" Willow should be imune of heat and fire, an easy and clean rework to improve a little bit the character, as she be immune to the Summer. Anyway, love the character and her skins, but she is almost useless compared to the others (Even Wicker is better than her in summer).

Willow with fire immunity It would be nice for summer outside caves, vs klaus on fights, vs enraged df, kill easily mobs on firetraps, anyway.
My point is, this little changes can affect the gameplay even a little.

Doesn't Willow not already take reduced overheating damage? Tanking through Klaus' fire spell is very viable atm without taking much damage as Willow.

Ill be game for this if they make winter more dangerous for Willow by taking alot more damage when freezing like 5hp per tick or better yet Willow begins to rapidly build up the frozen effect trapping her for abit forcing her to take freezing damage.

Cause right now its so easy to just light a tree on fire and stand in it for heat. That her downside isn't even noticable.

I wouldn't mind her getting more powerful, but I think she's great. Best personality, BERNIE! is fun to use, most efficient surface sanity station, cooking on lave ponds, tanking all the fire damage from Klaus/DF; maybe slightly underpowered but her perks are cool and unique.

While I'm all in favor of her receiving more buffs than just overheating immunity, I don't see why it can't be added in addition to said buffs. ^^

i want willow to be a better fire witch

let her burn more stuff, do more burn damage, and maybe make burning not destroy all your loot

yeah people will always whine about theoretical griefers but if willow is given a lot of control over her fire she'll end up as more of a cool mage type of character which in my opinion weighs out the potential of someone using her maliciously (after all, anyone can burn down whatever they want with a normal torch anyways)

Relaxed mode gave me an idea. What if fire could damage her but couldn't kill her? Similar to how temperature damage works in this mode. It stops at 15 HP and doesn't drop lower unless you receive damage from something else. You can make the cap even lower for her, like 10 or even 5.

But this still won't solve the lack of progression and she really can use more fire-related crafts.

Humm, it's a shame wickerbottom got the pyro book recently, otherwise, that could be a very nice extra use for willow's lighter, "sucking in" the fire around her to restore it's durability, like the "deluminator" from Harry Potter.
