(Xbox, steam, switch. etc.) if you do it right, nothing will be lost on the main account. I would like to request for your current language selection, web browser type and version, your KU ID, and if you have dark mode enabled. Sadly the backend team was unable to reproduce this. Would you be able to try clearing the browser's cache, doing the accounts management in incognito mode or trying a different browser as a last resort?
