It's kinda hard to set a base theme when the victorian skin set doesn't have skins for everything. It's a gorgeous collection so far imo. I'm pretty sure Victorian does numbers, at least it made me buy every single pack. Another one that I'm liking a lot is the Gothic one, hoping we get more of it. Also fits pretty well with Victorian.
