you only proving my point - you can amass thulecite crown due to its availability to ingredients, unlike iridescent gem

I don't use it instead of log armor... If you want to waste it on killing spiders and hounds, fine. I keep thulecite crowns for bosses and use Mask of Terror for day-to-day combat.

you realise that defeats the whole purpose of the book right? Why bother making this book if the costs imply you already have a permanent full moon in your world?

I'm not super opinionated on the exact ingredients for the moon book. Just more expensive and moon related. Moon glass, and iridescent gem, other moon stuff. Anything more expensive and moon related and I'll be happy.

 There are this many levels of difficulty in obtaining moon stuff:

1. Moonrocks on mainland=ez
2. Glass from crab island=not so luck based as lunar because bottles are easier to find early and finding one is guarantee of locating crab lady.
3. Lunar island= First I wanted to suggest lunar moths as ingredient but they can be found on crab island.So that's the same thing but harder to find than crab. There' solution where you need more moths than you can find on crab island.
4. Stuff like moon gleams, charged moon glass= Too late, anyone past this point could trigger infinite full moon so what's the use for the book?

Also I think she should have also new moon book in case someone waiting for shadow pieces wouldn't have to suffer because she moved the new moon with her full moon book.
